Heal your life and rediscover your luminous self.
Being overwhelmed by past or current trauma can impact how we feel about ourselves, how we experience and engage in relationships with others, and how we care for ourselves and set boundaries with ourselves and others.
We all experience stress, 'big T' or 'small t' traumas, and grief in life.
Often, these resolve on their own within the context of the natural supports and protective factors in our lives.
But sometimes, it can pile up and overflow in a way that causes it to get stuck.
Being overwhelmed by traumatic stress can lead to feeling powerless and experiencing a sense of loss of no longer doing things that used to be enjoyable. Additionally, one's physical health can be impacted.
Trauma survivors may also be experiencing depression, anxiety, complicated grief, or overwhelm that is impacting work, school, relationships, or self-care.
In our work together, you’ll have the chance to gain clarity and self-awareness, find the support and tools needed to move forward, make meaning of your experiences, and create a life that is filled with more capacity for joy.
