As a trauma specialist, I help people heal their lives and connect more deeply and authentically with themselves and others. 

Trauma therapy can help people shift and transform old and unuseful patterns, get parts of life unstuck where needed, and gain deeper insight and clarity into one's life. 

I encourage healing through several modalities, including EMDR, somatic and nervous system attunement work, attachment work, parts work/Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, and Mindful Self-Compassion. 

For therapy to help, we need to bring laughter, creativity, and play as much as we need to hold space for tears and pain. 

I encourage and incorporate into sessions interventions that facilitate authentic embodiment, humor, self-kindness, and engagement with things that bring you joy.
