As a trauma specialist, I help people heal their lives and connect more deeply and authentically with themselves and others. 

Trauma therapy can help people shift and transform old and unuseful patterns, get parts of life unstuck where needed, and gain deeper insight and clarity into one's life. 

I encourage healing through several modalities, including EMDR, somatic and nervous system attunement work, attachment work, parts work/Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, and Mindful Self-Compassion. 

I value the healing power of laughter, creativity, and play in therapy. I provide a space where humor and fun can coexist with deep healing, creating opportunities for moments of lightness and joy throughout the process. 

My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I encourage and incorporate into sessions interventions that facilitate authentic embodiment, humor, self-kindness, and engagement with things that bring you joy.
