Trauma therapy helps people to reclaim their story, heal and support their nervous system, create inner coherence, transform old patterns, and gain deeper insight and clarity into their life.
I encourage healing through integrating several modalities, including EMDR, somatic and nervous system attunement work, attachment work, parts work, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
